OM Lifestyle Coaching provides professional life coaching, relationship guidance, leadership development, health and wellness coaching, and spiritual alignment services. Our services are designed to support personal growth and transformation.

Important: Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please seek appropriate professional help.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during consultations
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
• Actively participate in the coaching process
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
• Maintain confidentiality of other clients if participating in group sessions

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking

Sessions can be booked through our website, phone, or email. A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session: Full refund or rescheduling available
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: 50% charge applies
• No-shows: Full session fee applies
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking or before the session begins
• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments
• Package deals must be paid in full unless a payment plan is arranged
• All fees are in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise specified

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and session content. Information will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law or in cases of:

• Threat of harm to yourself or others
• Suspected child or elder abuse
• Court order or legal requirement

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and coaching materials, is the property of OM Lifestyle Coaching and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services, we cannot guarantee specific results. Success depends on many factors, including your commitment, effort, and individual circumstances. Testimonials and examples are not guarantees of future performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

OM Lifestyle Coaching and Dr. Majd Ghanem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Online Sessions

For virtual coaching sessions:

• You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection
• Sessions may be conducted via Zoom, Skype, or other agreed platforms
• Recording of sessions requires mutual consent
• Technical difficulties do not warrant refunds but may allow rescheduling

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
